What Can You Return

• Only if an item is damaged, wrong, or missing.

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

• If you’d like an replacment/exchange of the same item which you received wrong, damaged, or missing, please contact our support team. We will schedule a pickup and process the exchange within 2-5 days.

How to Request a Return

• Email support@jvstore.in with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Attached photos/videos

Pickup Service

• Once approved, we’ll contact you to schedule a free pickup at your Bikaner address.

Inspection & Refund

• We inspect the returned item within 1–2 business days.

• If approved, refunds are processed within 4–5 business days:

  • Online payments: Refunded to your original method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Email us your bank account number and IFSC code for a direct bank transfer.
